Kyokushin Karate has a reputation as the strongest form of karate.
This was forged by its founder Mas Oyama and continued in its tradition of full contact fighting. Kyokushin also competes in minimal contact fighting as well as Kata competitions providing opportunities for everyone at a variety of levels. At Seicho Dojo, we offer training in Kyokushin Karate, helping you develop Mind, Body and Spirit in a supportive environment, so you can be the best version of you.
New beginners can feel relaxed training in comfortable clothing, we train in bare feet, so no need for trainers. Bringing water and a small towel for the session will also help keep you hydrated and comfortable too.
Training with us means:
- Personalised instruction from experienced black belts
- A focus on discipline and respect
- Building confidence and self-defense skills
- Engaging classes for all ages and abilities
